Multi stage pipeline pumpIt is a novel pump developed for pipeline pressurization and transportation to solve the problem of low pipeline pressure, which has great flexibility compared to the application of horizontal centrifugal pumps. Due to the use of mechanical seals, the motor spindle is directly installed with an impeller, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, low power consumption, compact structure, small size, light weight, and convenient decoration. It can also be used in series according to the needs of head and flow rate.

Multi stage pipeline pumpWorking principle: When the motor drives the impeller on the shaft to rotate at high speed, the liquid filled in the impeller is thrown around from the center of the impeller along the flow channel between the blades under the action of centrifugal force. Due to the action of the blades, the pressure and speed of the liquid increase at the same time, and it is guided to the next stage impeller through the flow channel of the guide shell. In this way, it gradually flows through all impellers and guide shells, further increasing the pressure energy of the liquid. After stacking each impeller step by step, a fixed head is obtained.
